What is fire retardant paint for cables?

fire retardant paint for cables

We started our journey through passive and active fire retardant paint for cables in May 2014. The primary goal was to introduce the latest international certification products, solutions to international standards and increase Indian customer awareness of passive fire protection requirements and standards. We are the channel partner of some of the world’s largest firms in Fire stop & fireproofing. Continuous technical interaction and solution support related restrictions are carried out on site.

FIRE RETARDANT COATING for CABLE (Ablative)

INCA DC6150 is an indoor and outdoor fire-retardant cable covering. The application applies to cable bundles or cable bundles in the tray under industrial conditions. The fire range is less than 95 cm when tested according to IEC 60332-3A with 0.9 mm DFT.

Characteristics

• Material water base

• Halogen-free.

• Free asbestos

• High strengths

• Remain flexible after healing

• No derailment of cable

• Waterproof.

• Application inside and outside

• Approved by FM

FIRE RETARDANT COATING for CABLE (Intumescent)

INCA DC310 is a fireproof cable coating that prevents the spread of flame suited for use indoors. The application applies to cable bundles or cable bundles in the tray under industrial conditions. The fire divide is less than 95 cm if tested according to IEC 60332-3A with 0.6 mm DFT.

Characteristics

• Material water base

• Halogen-free.

• Free asbestos

• High strengths

• Remain flexible after healing

• No derailment of cable

• Internal use •

FIRE RESISTIVE  Wood, Gypsum Board & Interior PAINT  (Intumescent)

INCA DC333 Expandable fireproof water-based paint for interior and exterior applications. DC333 will rapidly expand into dense foams as a barrier to effectively stop the spread of fire. DC333 contains a special latex resin, nanometer inorganic materials, and water-resistant agent, which has a bearing on the coating surface to preserve coating characteristics not decomposed by water. DC333 contains latex resins.

Characteristics

• Applied as a first to surfaces with ordinary paint as its top layer.

• The DC 333 can be covered with the desired latex finish to match the decoration.

FIREPROOF FABRIC CHEMICALS

INCA DC68 The number 1 internal furniture and synthetic fabrics contribute today to fire and smoke generation. DC68 is a non-toxic, hypoallergenic, colorless, and absorbent material, water-based fire protection spray.

DC68 Spray protects fire retards and prevents flame from spreading through the treated area. DC68 reduces the production of smoke, increasing visibility, and the time required to escape from fire.

DC68 Protective spray is highly effective for the use of curtains, sheets, tapestries, furniture, paper products, wallpaper and cover, table cloths, or all water absorbents.

DC68 Protective spray does not affect appearance, feel, or ventilation.

Characteristics

• Spray method: should be sprayed on each side once. Medium and heavyweight textiles: should be sprinkled on each side two or more times. Allow the fabric to dry between the coats for at least 30 minutes.

• Method of rinsing: all weight textiles can be dipped or rinsed. Immerse the fabric in the solution thoroughly and remain in the solution for one or two minutes. Wring lightly or spin-dry slowly.

• Drying: Air or dry strength. The temperature should not exceed 275F when drying by force.
